| "The bis of Paolo and Mirella" : In this way the magazine "Civiltà del bere" wrote about Bacchus when Paolo opened the second shop. Infact Bacchus started from Enovip opened in 1980 by Domenico ( Paolo's father) general in pension and expert sommelier. Enovip was the first shop of wine in the Sorrentino-Amalfitana area and, in 1980, with the help of Paolo, became the best shop of the area.The shop is divided in two level and stand in the Sorrento's heart, in S.Antonino's Square n°20. Bacchus wants to be a national and international shop window of wine, and suggestes gastronomic and wine-making novelties; moreover Bacchus chooses the best products in order to distribute with its name as "Bacchus selection" |
