Availability of

If an article is not available the customer will be inform by e-mail
about the time to consign and the availability of similar products

The product's dispatch happen within 24 hours on receipt of payment
on current account.
The dispatch happens by international carriers
We send you an e-mail with all information when your goods leave

Payment
The payment will happen on current account with bank credit
account
Enoteca Bacchus declines responsability for any possible
damage, loss and other ones of goods delivered to the
forwarding agent. Goods travel on the exclusive risk of the buyer.
Prices are tax included
Warranty "satisfied or repaied"
If , for every reason, the customer isn't satisfied of purchase,
Enoteca Bacchus replaces the product or gives the money back.
The warranty is no valid if the customer opens the packet.
To use the warranty "satisfied or repaied" you must send a

with your motivations, pointing out if you want the restitution of
the product or the money back (exclusive of carriage); you must send
the products back in the original, closed packet whit certifications,
instructions, exc.
The customer must pay the dispach and the insurance
