Who we are Paolo Schiattarella, champion sommelier of Campania in 1992 and finalist in the selection for "The Best sommelier of Italy "; he spend most time visitying gastronomic show and farms, in order to discover products for his shop.
	Every novelty are tasted with his wife Mirella, fond of wines and gastronomy; Mirella is the architect that has designed the shop.
